1. Terms of Sales

Our terms of sale apply to all sales of goods and services from BabySensor.COM. The terms of sales, together with your order and the associated order confirmation, constitute the total contract basis for the purchase. The conditions may change over time, but it is the conditions described at the time of purchase that apply to each purchase. The conditions were last updated on March 15, 2023.

Consumer purchases are regulated by Norwegian law, which includes the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Reportal Act, the Marketing Act, the E-Commerce Act, and the Credit Purchase Act. 2. Definition of parties

Withdrawal and cancellation

BabySensor.COM they follow the current rules in the right of withdrawal, which gives a 14 day withdrawal deadline from the date of delivery. The buyer must notify the seller of the use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the deadline begins to run. The buyer covers the direct cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed. Order and contract process

Your order is considered binding when registered on our server. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an order confirmation.

Prices and payment

All prices are included in value added tax, and the total purchase price includes all costs associated with the purchase. Payment for the item is made from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.

Subscription

Subscriptions are sold with a fixed binding time. After the end of the period, the subscription automatically expires, unless the buyer actively chooses to extend it.

Force majeure

Babysensor.com is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure that makes delivery or delivery unreasonably burdensome.

Personal information

BabySensor AS is responsible for processing for collected personal information. The buyer's personal data will only be provided in necessary cases to implement the agreement.

Disputes and Law Selection

Disputes concerning these conditions belong to ordinary courts, with Sandefjord District Court as a venue.

Reservation

We reserve the right to change these terms without warning. The user is responsible for following the current terms.
